Scope of work
AN-ELEC company on the BONTRUP AMSTERDAM unit was responsible for the following tasks
Year 2025
Construction and delivery of a power distribution board with power sockets for powering conveyor belt welders:
- design and construction of a switchboard with power sockets
- installation of power cabling
- installation of the main switch in the CARGO switchboard
- connecting the circuit breaker to the main busbars and the power supply wiring to the switchboard
Year 2021
Retrofit of the unloading system on the vessel, we modernize the entire control panel:
- replacement of the PLC controller
- development of the entire PLC operation algorithm based on reverse engineering
- adding HMI with the possibility of interfering with the settings and viewing the loads of all converters and motors
- adding temperature sensors in electric motors of conveyor belts
Year 2019
- design, construction, delivery, assembly and commissioning of a new fuel distribution switchgear
- execution and assembly of cable routes and access points
- cable laying / laying and fixing
- connection of all elements of the newly added thruster (stern) and power generator
