Project description

Project in progress, a series of nearly 70 distribution switchboards for a hotel on the island of Aruba. The switchboards are equipped with custom-made enclosures and ABB apparatuses due to the fact that the local rated voltage is 110V. Each switchboard also contains surge arresters and connectors for incoming and outgoing cables.

Scope of work

In the "Aruba" project our company was responsible for:

• purchase, delivery of suitable materials, components necessary for construction
• construction of control switchboards
• mechanical control of switchboards
• detailed as-built measurements and verification of connections
• FAT tests
