Breda II A209

Project description

Construction of two A209 horizontal switchboards for a Dutch customer. The design is based on a special EMC housing for outdoor conditions by the manufacturer Rittal in Germany. Switchboards equipped with temperature and humidity sensors, Phoenix measurement terminals and Harting connectors. The switchgear is connected to the system via Harting plugs in the switchgear cable compartment and EMC glands in the main bay. The client accepted the switchgears via a remote connection to our AR system, which was operated by a QC inspector presenting individual stages of verification and compliance of the workmanship with the documentation and specifications of the ordering party.

Scope of work

During the implementation of the "Breda II A209" project, our company was responsible for:

• purchase and delivery of appropriate materials and components necessary for construction
• construction of switchboards
• mechanical inspection of switchboards
• detailed as-built measurements and verification of connections
• FAT tests
