Ro-Pax (NB101)
Project description
The ferries being built at the "Remontowa" Shipyard in Gdańsk, that's three units, two of which are for Unity Line, a subsidiary of PŻM, and one will be used by Polska Żegluga Bałtycka (Polferries).
Each unit can accommodate 400 passengers and 50 crew at a maximum speed of 19 knots. Ro-pax is 195.6 m long and 32.2 m wide, powered by four liquefied natural gas (LNG) engines with battery support in a hybrid system.

Scope of work
AN-ELEC was responsible for the following scope of work on the Ro-Pax project (NB101).
- installation of cable routes
- construction of individual approaches to equipment
- installation of electrical installation (approx. 200,000 m)
- assistance during commissioning
- commissioning/execution of all work under DNV supervision
