Switchboards HL150

Project description

Construction of switchboards for a Dutch contractor for refinery facilities. In total, approximately 150 switchboards were built. The switchboards contained Honeywell drivers and controllers, Moxa communications and protection and switching equipment. The housings were made by Bartec with an Ex certificate, connected to the switchgear via an Ex Hummel gland. The switchboards underwent a 7-day continuous power supply test as the first stage of operational verification, then tests were carried out with the ordering party.

Scope of work

During the "switchboards HL150" project, our company was responsible for:

• purchase and delivery of appropriate materials and components necessary for construction
• construction of switchboards
• mechanical inspection of switchboards
• detailed as-built measurements and verification of connections
• FAT tests
