Test panel TT A200

Project description

Construction of a test bench for testing A200 switchboards. The panel with connection cables is a solution for efficient checking of switchboards by providing input signals and checking the switchgear's response to the output connectors. the test program simulation was compiled on a Siemens PLC. The operator performing the tests has in front of him a clear diagram with a set of buttons and light indicators, and the desktop itself is on a mobile platform.

Scope of work

During the "Test Panel TT A200" project, our company was responsible for:

• purchase and delivery of appropriate materials and components necessary for construction
• construction of switchboards
• mechanical inspection of switchboards
• detailed as-built measurements and verification of connections
• FAT tests
