Scope of work

AN-ELEC company on the BONTRUP AMSTERDAM unit was responsible for the following tasks

Year 2021

Retrofit of the unloading system on the vessel, we modernize the entire control panel:

  • replacement of the PLC controller
  • development of the entire PLC operation algorithm based on reverse engineering
  • adding HMI with the possibility of interfering with the settings and viewing the loads of all converters and motors
  • adding temperature sensors in electric motors of conveyor belts

Year 2019

  • design, construction, delivery, assembly and commissioning of a new fuel distribution switchgear
  • execution and assembly of cable routes and access points
  • cable laying / laying and fixing
  • connection of all elements of the newly added thruster (stern) and power generator
